6.1 Mobile Information Non-Sharing

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6.2 Types of Messages

7. Disclosure of Personal Information

8. Data Retention and Destruction

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws and professional standards. Specifically:

  • Tax records and supporting documents: A minimum of six (6) years from the end of the last tax year to which they relate
  • Financial statements and working papers: A minimum of six (6) years, or as required by CPA professional standards
  • Client correspondence and general records: Three (3) years after the end of the client relationship, unless a longer period is required by law
  • SMS consent records: For the duration of the messaging relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter

When personal information is no longer required, we will destroy it securely or anonymize it in accordance with our internal data retention and destruction policy. Physical documents are shredded, and electronic records are permanently deleted using secure methods.
